Product introduction:

Houxian® AC131 is a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion developed based on the original Rev-core-shell new synthesis technology platform, which gets rid of the dependence on emulsifiers and achieves perfect core-shell encapsulation. It does not contain APEO and organic solvents. On the basis, a series of properties such as hardness and anti-stacking are improved, and the comprehensive performance is more comprehensive.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly translucent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 36

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤10000

Application Features:

1. AC120 high Tg version

2. High hardness, good anti-sticking

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface can also be used for white background color, used in wooden doors, pine furniture, handicrafts

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
