Product introduction:

Houxian® 8020 is a new high-permeability self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthetic technology, specially developed to meet the high-end market demand of extreme belt regrind non-stick primer and high-hard scratch-resistant topcoat. The product does not contain surfactants, has small particle size, extremely transparent in-can and dry film effects, smooth and delicate paint film surface, and good water resistance, especially suitable for the preparation of warm wood varnishes on colored substrates.

Product properties:

• Appearance: bluish milky white to yellowish translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 50

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps): <500

• pH: 7-9

• Solvent composition: water

Application Features:

1. High hardness, the final hardness can reach H, overnight F

2, 80degrees hot stick can easily pass

Application range:

It is used as functional emulsion, and is added in the occasions where hardness, grinding and anti-sticking need to be improved.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
