Product introduction:

Houxian® 3065 is a cost-effective acrylic emulsion specially developed for waterborne wood paint applications. This product adopts a unique and complex core-shell process, which ensures a lower temperature film formation, and is still endowed with extremely outstanding quick-drying, sanding, anti-adhesion, clear wet film, and full and high-gloss dry film, which is especially suitable for Primer for high transparency requirements.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~38

• Solid content/wt%: 45±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤1000

Application Features:

Application range:

Clear bottom clear white bottom white surface, used in pine furniture, handicrafts, toy primers, hangers

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
