Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 1806-1 - Fast build-up of early properties, whiteish film, low Tg version

Product introduction:

Houxian® 1806-1 is a special functional monomer hybrid modified acrylic resin specially developed for the application of water-based wood lacquer topcoat to the problem of thermal pressure bonding. This product completely uses high-end imported emulsifier, the emulsion is low-foaming and clear, and adopts multiple self-crosslinking technology. The film-forming temperature is moderate, and it is endowed with more prominent water and chemical resistance, early hardness and heat resistance. In addition, the new deodorization technology significantly improves the odor problem of water-based paints.

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 38

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps):＜400

• pH: 6-8

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application Features:

1. Low Tg version of 1806

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, white background and white surface, used in pine furniture, toy primer

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
