High hardness, long pot life version of the modified polyurethane dispersion Houxian® UA422-UA420

Product introduction:

Houxian®UA 422 is an acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion. The product does not contain APEO and NMP, and contains about 2.7% NEP. It has the characteristics of fast drying speed and high hardness.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Translucent to milky white liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 32

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 7-9

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤200

Application Features:

1. High hardness, long pot life version of UA420

2. The water resistance is more prominent, and it can be uncovered by 3 points of light without turning white

3. Better low temperature film formation than UA420

Application range:

Clear surface, applied to solid wood furniture finish, cabinets, mahogany furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
