Product introduction:

Houxian®U319 is an anionic self-crosslinking aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion, the product does not contain APEO and NMP, contains 4.5% NEP, low temperature film formation, high hardness, elongation at break about 350%, Excellent leveling, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, can be used in one/two component systems.

Product properties:

• Appearance: yellowish translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~0

• Solid content/wt%: 30±1

• pH: 7-9

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤200

Application Features:

1. Excellent film-forming properties, film-forming at 0°C, and can partially replace film-forming aids when mixing

2. Very good flexibility

3. High cost performance

Application range:

Clear face, mixed for applications where flexibility, film formation and fullness are to be improved or systems that are prone to cracking

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
