Product introduction:

Houxian®U312 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. The product does not contain APEO, NMP and NEP. It has the characteristics of medium hardness, abrasion resistance, high gloss and good thixotropy. It can be used for direct coating and release paper transfer. and reverse roll coating.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Translucent liqui

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~0

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 7-9

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤500

Application Features:

2. The color tone is stable, the dark color difference of thermal storage 7d is less than 0.53, and a small amount of anti-cracking is added to the crack-prone system

Application range:

Clear face, mixed for applications where flexibility, film formation and fullness are to be improved or systems that are prone to cracking

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
