Hydroxypropyl Emulsion Houxian® 2014 - Very fast early property build, high final hardness, strongly

Product introduction:

Houxian®2014 is a two-component water-based wood paint special low-hydroxyl emulsion, suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as two-component. It is an upgraded and iterative product of the original Houxian®2004T. This product does not contain any solvent, and the odor in the tank is extremely low. While being given a certain hydroxyl value, it adopts self-crosslinking technology, which belongs to a double crosslinking system. The obtained paint film has good transparency and fullness, and the early hardness builds up quickly, which is suitable for fast grinding production lines, especially for the preparation of two-component clear primers.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white bluish translucent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: 42

• Solid content/%: 41±1

• Ionicity: Anionic

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <400

• pH: 6-8

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.6%

• Pot-life: 4~6 hours at 35℃.

Application Features:

1. Strong cross-linked version of 2004T

2. The early properties are established very quickly, and the final hardness is high

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, used in cabinets, wooden doors

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
