Hydroxypropyl Emulsion Houxian® 3140 - Balanced performance, cost-effective version of 2004T

Product introduction:

Houxian®3140 is a two-component water-based wood paint special low-hydroxyl emulsion, suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as two-component. This product does not contain any solvent, the odor in the tank is very low, the obtained paint film has good transparency and good fullness, and the early hardness is established quickly.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <400

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.6%

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, white background and white surface, used in wooden doors, suite furniture, solid wood furniture, panel furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
