Hydroxypropyl Emulsion Houxian®3142 - Good wetting and porosity, long pot life, wet film water-perme

Product introduction:

Houxian®3142 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion specially formulated for two-component waterborne wood lacquer, suitable for use with waterborne isocyanate curing agent as two-component. This product does not contain any solvent, the odor in the can is extremely low, the obtained wet and dry film is extremely transparent, and the recoating transparency is good.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Translucent Emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <400

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.6%

Application Features:

1. Wet film water permeable version of 3140

2. Good wetting and penetration

3. Long activation period

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, white background and white surface, used in wooden doors, suite furniture, solid wood furniture, panel furniture

Precautions:

The storage temperature should be 5-35 °C, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Please stir well before use, keep in airtight after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
