Product introduction:

Houxian® SCH610 is a low-hydroxyl latex for two-component water-based wood paint. It does not contain APEO, has excellent transparency, fast drying, long pot life, good water resistance, chemical resistance, anti-blocking and other characteristics. The water-based isocyanate curing agent has good adaptability, high fullness and good color development, which is very suitable for the preparation of solid color paints.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: 43

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <400

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.5%

Application Features:

1. Good color development

2. Strong versatility of oil bottom adhesion

3. Low foam, can do five-axis mechanical spraying

Application range:

Clear background and white background, used in wooden doors, suite furniture, panel furniture, cabinets

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
