Houxian® EP101-Waterborne epoxy emulsion

Product introduction:

Houxian® EP 101 is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion based on solid epoxy modified solid bisphenol A epoxy resin with a solids content of 53%. The solvent content of this resin is low, and the water-based paint produced has the excellent performance of traditional epoxy resin paint, and has low VOC and harmful air pollutants. It can be used with amine curing agent to prepare water-based two-component epoxy paint Can be used on metal, concrete and other substrates.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 53±1

• Viscosity (cps, 25℃, 3# rotor, 6 rpm): 1800-8800

• pH: 6-8

• Epoxy equivalent (g/eq, delivery form): 1000±100

• Ionicity: non-ionic

Application Features:

1. Multisubstrate adhesion, such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, machined surface, galvanized, stainless steel, etc.

2. Excellent salt spray performance and chemical resistance.

Application range:

Large steel structures, construction machinery and automobile buses

Instructions for use:

• Two-component epoxy coating with amine curing agent

• Application: air spray, roller coating, high pressure airless spray

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure;

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks;

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
