Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5300

Product introduction:

Houxian®5300 is specially designed for general-purpose industrial anti-corrosion, with extremely low VOC content, outstanding initial water resistance, good compatibility with anti-rust pigments, and excellent adhesion to various metal substrates; the resin has good thixotropy High performance, suitable for dip coating primer, topcoat and bottom-in-one paint, cost-effective.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 30

• Solid content/wt%: 46±1

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): 100-2500

• pH: 7-9

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application Features:

1. Excellent early water resistance and excellent adhesion to multiple substrates.

2. The resin has good thixotropic properties and is suitable for dip coating primer, topcoat and bottom-surface-in-one paint.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
