Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5200

Product introduction:

Houxian®5200 is specially designed for general-purpose industrial anti-corrosion, with high hardness, fast drying and excellent water resistance. The resin also shows good adhesion on special metal substrates, such as galvanized sheet; suitable for ordinary economical light Anti-corrosion primer, topcoat or base in one.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~45

• Solid content/wt%: 46.0±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps): 100-2500

• pH: 7-9

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application Features:

1. High hardness.

2. Fast drying speed and good water resistance.

Application range:

   Steel structure anti-corrosion

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
