Houxian® 5129-Hydroxypropyl Emulsion

Product introduction:

Houxian®5129 is a two-component high-hydroxyl emulsion for water-based metallic paints. It is combined with isocyanate curing agent to make a two-component system product. The product has a clear dry film, high hardness, outstanding drying speed and excellent of water and chemical resistance.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Translucent Emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: ≈40

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤1000

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 2.8%

• pH: 6-8

Application Features:

1. Drying speed and hardness are higher than 5124

2. Better chemical resistance and water resistance

Application range:

Floor paint, machinery and equipment

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
