Product introduction:

Houxian® GZ01 is an epoxy curing agent for modified amine adducts. The water-based paint made with water-based epoxy emulsion has the excellent performance of traditional epoxy resin paint; it has good emulsifying effect on liquid epoxy; available On metal, concrete, floor and other substrates.

Product properties:

• Appearance: slightly yellow transparent liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 55±1

• Viscosity (cps, 25℃, 2# rotor, 6 rpm): 1800-6800

• pH: 8-10

• Active hydrogen equivalent (supply form): 250±10

Application Features:

1. Emulsified liquid small molecule epoxy resin E51.

2. Fast drying speed, high hardness and high gloss.

Application range:

concrete floor

Instructions for use:

• It can be made into two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating with water-based epoxy emulsion, which can be used for a long time;

• Two-component epoxy floor coating with liquid epoxy resin;

• Application: air spray, roller coating, high pressure airless spray

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure;

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks;

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
