Product introduction:

Houxian® GZ02 is a water-based modified amine adduct with excellent curing speed, good adhesion to metal substrates, good corrosion resistance and excellent workability. Universal curing agent, can be used as water-based two-component epoxy metal antirust paint, glass paint, etc. It is suitable for ordinary steel structures, mechanical equipment and other occasions.

Product properties:

• Appearance: slightly yellow transparent liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 55±2

•Viscosity (cps, 23℃): 4000 - 10000 mPa.s

• Active hydrogen equivalent (supplied form): 245

Application Features:

1. Fast curing speed.

2. High cost performance.

Application range:

   Machine tools, large steel structures, construction machinery

Instructions for use:

• It can be made into two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating with water-based epoxy emulsion, which can be used for a long time;

• Application: air spray, roller coating, high pressure airless spray

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure;

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks;

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
