Waterborne epoxy curing agent Houxian® GZ06 - stable gloss during activation, excellent water resist

Product introduction:

Houxian® GZ06 is an aqueous solvent and acetic acid free polyamine epoxy curing agent. It is a curing agent for water-reducible coatings, hydrogenated epoxy mortars (ECC) on mineral and metal substrates. With epoxy emulsion, it has stable gloss during the activation period, which can improve the abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and water resistance of the paint film.

Product properties:

• Appearance: slightly yellow transparent liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 80±2

• Viscosity (cps, 23℃): 12000 - 21000 mPa.s

• Active hydrogen equivalent (supply form): 200

Application Features:

1. The gloss is stable during the activation period.

2. Excellent water resistance and salt spray resistance.

Application range:

Machine tools and equipment, large steel structures, construction machinery, automobiles and buses, rail transit

Instructions for use:

• It can be made into two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating with water-based epoxy emulsion, which can be used for a long time;

• Application: air spray, roller coating, high pressure airless spray

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure;

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks;

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
