Product introduction:

Houxian® GZ09 is a volatile amine and solvent-free amine curing agent designed for the formulation of water-reducible epoxy resin systems. It has visible end-of-life characteristics when paired with Houxian® 202 epoxy emulsion and can Offers fast cure, short tack-free time, and long pot life.

Product properties:

• Appearance: slightly yellow transparent liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (cps, 23℃): 15000 - 35000 mPa.s

• Active hydrogen equivalent (supplied form): 415

Application Features:

1. Excellent film-forming properties at low temperature, no free amine.

2. Excellent salt spray resistance and long activation period.

Application range:

Machine tools and equipment, large steel structures, construction machinery, automobiles and buses, rail transit

Instructions for use:

• It can be made into two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating with water-based epoxy emulsion, which can be used for a long time;

• Application: air spray, roller coating, high pressure airless spray

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure;

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks;

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
