Product introduction:

Houxian®8018 is a new high-permeability self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology. It is developed based on Houxian®8006. It has finer particle size, more transparent appearance, more perfect core-shell structure, and most importantly, greatly improved The hardness, resistance, porosity and defoaming performance of the original product were improved.

Product properties:

• Appearance: bluish milky white to yellowish translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~35

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps): <500

• pH: 7-9

• Solvent composition: water

Application Features:

Low foam version of 8016, mechanically sprayable

Application range:

Clear bottom, clear surface, white background color surface, used in wooden doors, cabinets, suite furniture

Precautions:

The storage temperature should be 5-35 °C, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Please stir well before use, keep in airtight after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
