Product introduction:

Houxian® SC231 is a cost-effective acrylic emulsion specially developed for waterborne wood paint applications, especially for sprinkles. This product adopts a unique and complex core-shell process to ensure low temperature film formation, and at the same time, it is still endowed with extremely outstanding quick-drying, anti-adhesion, dry film plump and high-gloss, and early hardness builds quickly.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~38

• Solid content/wt%: 50±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤1000

Application Features:

1. High solids, styrene-acrylic version of AC120

2. High hardness and excellent fullness

Application range:

Clear bottom, clear surface, white background color surface, used in audio spot paint, sand pattern paint, pine furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
