Product introduction:

Houxian®2008 is a two-component water-based wood paint special medium and low hydroxyl emulsion, suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as two-component. This product does not contain any solvents, and the odor in the can is extremely low. The obtained paint film has extremely high hardness, good transparency, excellent resistance, good fullness and fast drying speed, and is especially suitable for the preparation of two-component varnishes and white paints.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white light blue translucent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/%: 41±1

• Ionicity: Anionic

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <1000

•pH: 6-8

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 2.2%

• Pot-life: 4~6 hours at 35℃.

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, used in solid wood furniture, mahogany furniture, hotel office furniture, cabinets, etc.

Instructions for use:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
