Houxian®2010 is a high-hydroxyl emulsion specially designed for two-component water-based wood paint. It has very low odor in the can, and the obtained coating film has high hardness, excellent resistance, good transparency, good wood-warming effect, and fast drying speed. It is suitable for It is formulated with water-based isocyanate curing agent for the preparation of two-component varnishes and solid paints.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white bluish translucent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 38

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• Ionicity: Anionic

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <1000

• pH: 6-8

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 3.0%

• Pot-life: 4~6 hours at 35℃.
