Cost-effective version of acrylic emulsion Houxian® ACH512-3120 with excellent clarity

Product introduction:

Houxian®ACH512 is a two-component water-based wood paint special low-hydroxyl emulsion, suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as two-component. This product does not contain any solvent, the odor in the tank is extremely low, the obtained paint film has good transparency, and the early hardness is established quickly. It is suitable for rapid grinding production lines, especially for the preparation of two-component varnishes.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white bluish translucent emulsion

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤400

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 35

• pH: 6-8

• Hydroxyl value: 1.5%

Application range:

Precautions:

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
