Product introduction:

Houxian®3120 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion specially formulated for two-component waterborne wood lacquer, suitable for use with waterborne isocyanate curing agent as two-component. This product does not contain any solvent, the odor in the tank is extremely low, the obtained paint film has good transparency, and the early hardness is established quickly, which is suitable for rapid grinding production lines, especially suitable for the preparation of two-component varnishes.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white bluish translucent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <400

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.0%

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, white background and white surface, used in wooden doors, suite furniture, solid wood furniture, panel furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
