Hydroxypropyl Dispersion Houxian®4002L-High gloss, high fullness, excellent resistance

Product introduction:

Houxian®4002L is a water-based hydroxyacrylic dispersion, suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as a two-component. About 41% solids were dispersed in a water/ethylene glycol butyl ether solution and neutralized with dimethylethanolamine. Clear appearance, higher hydroxyl value and high hardness. Recommended for two-component water-based wood paint, industrial paint and floor paint.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white yellowish translucent emulsion

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤5000

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 4.2%

Application range:

Recommended for two-component water-based wood paint, industrial paint and floor paint.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
