Hydroxypropyl Dispersion Houxian® 4004 - Low Odor Version of 4002L

Product introduction:

Houxian®4004 is a waterborne hydroxyacrylic dispersion suitable for two-component use with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. The high solids were dispersed in a water/dipropylene glycol methyl ether solution and neutralized with dimethylethanolamine. The appearance is clear, the hardness is high, and the gloss can reach more than 95°. Recommended for two-component water-based wood paint, industrial paint and floor paint.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue translucent liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 45±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤800

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 3.8%

Application Features:

Low odor version of 4002L

Application range:

Recommended for two-component water-based wood paint, industrial paint and floor paint.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
