Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5420

Product introduction:

Houxian®5420 is an acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion, the product does not contain APEO and NMP.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Semi-transparent to opalescent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~30

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤500

Application Features:

1. The resin has a clear appearance, very low odor, and excellent aluminum powder arrangement effect.

2. High hardness, excellent adhesion of plastic ABS, PC and ABS+PC.

3. It can be combined with 5-10% isocyanate curing agent, and the performance is better.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
