Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5410

Product introduction:

Houxian®5410 is a modified polyurethane dispersion. The product does not contain APEO and NMP. It has high fullness, high hardness, good flexibility, good low temperature film formation and good adhesion to PVC substrates.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Semi-transparent to opalescent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: <5

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤500

Application Features:

1. The resin has a clear appearance, very low odor and high hardness.

2. Excellent adhesion of plastic ABS, PC and ABS+PC.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
