Acrylic Emulsion Houxian®5111

Product introduction:

Houxian®5111 is a high-gloss emulsion for metal light anti-corrosion. It has excellent salt spray resistance, high hardness and excellent anti-adhesion performance. good adhesion. This product does not contain any solvents and has a very low odor in the can.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/wt%: 46.0±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps):＜1000

• pH: 6-8

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application Features:

1. High gloss, excellent salt spray resistance, better hardness and anti-stickiness than 5101.

2. Excellent adhesion on special substrates such as aluminum sheets and galvanized sheets.

Application range:

  Steel structure anticorrosion, auto parts

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
