Acrylic dispersion Houxian® 5127

Product introduction:

Houxian®5127 is a new high-permeability self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology. It has small particle size and perfect combination of core-shell structure. The product hardness rises quickly and has good water resistance. It is used in ABS, PC, galvanized sheet, The adhesion of special substrates such as aluminum alloys is excellent, and the prepared silver powder paint has excellent directional arrangement of silver powder.

• Appearance: yellowish translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~35

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps): <500

• pH: 7-9

• Solvent composition: water

Application Features:

1. The drying speed is fast and the hardness is established quickly.

2. Excellent adhesion of plastic ABS, PC and ABS+PC.

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
