Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5101

Product introduction:

Houxian®5101 is an all-in-one emulsion for metal light anticorrosion. This product has low VOC content, very low odor, good early water resistance, high gloss, and excellent salt spray resistance. It can be considered to replace traditional oily alkyd products. and water-based epoxy ester; the resin has good adhesion to a variety of metal substrates; suitable for primer, primer and topcoat applications.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 25

• Solid content/wt%: 44±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps):＜1000

• pH: 7-9

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application Features:

1. High gloss, excellent resistance to salt spray.

2. Excellent adhesion to various special metal substrates, such as aluminum sheet and galvanized sheet.

Application range:

   Steel structure anticorrosion, auto parts

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
