Houxian®5042G-Hydroxypropyl Dispersion

Product introduction:

Houxian®5042G is a hydroxyl functional group-containing acrylic secondary dispersion with high hardness, high gloss, high fullness, and excellent chemical resistance. It can be used with waterborne polyurethane curing agent for construction machinery, large steel structures, vehicles and plastic topcoats.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 45±1

• pH: 6.5-9

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): 50-6000

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 4.2%

• Density, g/cm3: 1.06

Application Features:

1. High gloss and high plumpness

2. High hardness after self-drying or baking

3. RCA has excellent wear resistance and alcohol resistance

Application range:

  Large steel structure, construction machinery, 3C plastic

Instructions for use:

① Can be used as co-reactant in waterborne two-component polyurethane system

②Usage: spraying

③Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 10-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and sun exposure.

• The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging. Stir well before use, and keep tightly closed after use.
