Houxian® 5122-Hydroxypropyl Dispersion

Product introduction:

Houxian® 5122 is a hydroxyl-functional acrylic dispersion with fast drying, high hardness, high gloss, and cost-effectiveness. It can be used with polyurethane curing agents for metal substrate topcoats.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white liquid

• Solid content/wt%: 45±1

• pH: 6 ~ 9

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <1000

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 2.2%

• Density, g/cm3: 1.06

Application Features:

1. High cost performance.

2. Quick drying, high hardness and high gloss.

Application range:

   Machine tools, large steel structures, construction machinery

Instructions for use:

① Can be used as co-reactant in waterborne two-component polyurethane system

②Usage: spraying

③Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
