Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 6580

Product introduction:

Houxian®6580 is a specially modified water-based acrylic emulsion. It adopts solvent-free synthesis process and has ultra-low VOC. It has excellent salt spray resistance, water resistance, weather resistance and other properties. It is recommended for water-based paint systems such as aluminum profiles and hardware. It is suitable for silver powder paint and solid color paint.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Creamy blue-tinted lotion

• Solid content/%: 45±1

• pH: 7-9

• Viscosity (25℃, CP): 0-1000

• Tg/°C: 40

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.7%

Application Features:

1. Excellent solvent resistance and water resistance.

2. Excellent adhesion to special substrates, such as copper, stainless steel, etc.

Application range:

  Hardware paint, computer case

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
