Houxian® 6141-Hydroxypropyl Emulsion

Product introduction:

Houxian®6141 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion specially formulated for two-component water-based industrial paints. It is suitable for use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as two-component. It has better wet film adhesion than Houxian®6140. This product does not contain any solvent, the odor in the tank is very low, and it is suitable for silicone PU floor coating topcoat.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Light blue clear emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 20

• Solid content/wt%: 46±1

• pH: 3.5-5.5

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <5000

• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.6%

Application Features:

1. High elasticity, especially suitable for the field of silicon PU floor

2. Water resistance is better than 6140

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
